Refund policy
100 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Our returns policy is simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you will have up to 100 days to return it back to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is just a part of our service guarantee to our customer.
In order to process a Return/Exchange, please fill out the request from within your account/order, we will send you instructions to return your items to us. Alternatively, you may send your query to support@brilliantco.com.au with your Order number in the subject for reference.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 100 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
Any breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear, is not covered by this guarantee.
Please keep in mind that we have a different return policy for bedding and footwear items. We are happy to accept change of mind returns if requests are made within 30 days of it being delivered to you. After this period we won't accept returns for unwanted items so please get in touch with us as soon as you can! Hygiene and our customers' safety is very important so please ensure all returns are not used and in their original condition.
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST & CONTACT US
When sending a request for from within the account or contacting us to initiate a return, we will follow up and send you the instructions to return your items within 24hrs.
Once we have received the items from you, we will then process the returns/exchanges within 3 Business days. All refunds will be issued back the same way the payment was made either by Credit Card or PayPal.
FAULTY ITEM?
Faulty items may happen time to time, but rest assured this issue will be taken care off please contact us at support@brilliantco.com.au We will cover all the costs to get a replacement item to you or provide you with a full refund including any postage.
