Are your products hypoallergenic?

Do you have a physical store?
We are an Online Exclusive store, with the aim to provide the best value to our customers. we receive, pack & ship directly from our fulfilment centre, which is not open for public.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, you can include a personalized message with your order on the Brilliant Co website for most products. However, please note that UGG products and Marketplace products may not support personalized messages.
For the majority of products, you can follow these steps to include a personalized message:
After adding the desired items to your cart, in the cart view, click on the “Note" option to add any special instructions or personalized message you would like to include with your order.
Type in your personalized message or special instructions in the provided text box.
Once you have entered your message, click on “Save” then continue with the checkout process to finalize your order.
Can you send me my invoice?
Of course! To request your invoice, please send an email to cs@brilliantco.com.au and make sure to include your order number in the email. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you and send you the requested invoice.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping for within Australia and $18.95 for anywhere in the world (with additional charge if more than 250g).
Do you need Express Shipping for an important event? We offer Express Shipping with up to 3 business days delivery, within the Express Post Network at only $12.95.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping services. The delivery times for international shipments can vary depending on the location. international deliveries typically take between 3 to 20 business days. Also, it’s important to note that the actual delivery time may depend on factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and any potential delays beyond our control.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Australia for orders that meet certain criteria. If your order is worth $99 or more (on selected products), you will be eligible for free shipping. This means that you won't have to pay any shipping fees for your order.

What is your return policy?
Our returns policy is simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you will have up to 100 days to return it back to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions
1. All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
2. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
3. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 100 days from when the original order was placed.
4. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
6. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
7. Due to reasons pertaining to hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.
Any breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear, is not covered by this guarantee.
BEDDING AND FOOTWEAR
We are happy to accept change of mind returns for Bedding & Footwear. However, please note that customers are responsible for covering the postage. The return requests to be made within 30 days of it being delivered to you. After this period we won't accept returns for unwanted items so please get in touch with us as soon as you can!
If you happen to receive an incorrect or defective item, we will assist you by providing a return label, or offering a refund, or store credit equivalent to the original amount paid and we will cover the expenses for the second delivery.
The shipping fee paid for your purchase is non-refundable. If you have enjoyed free shipping on your purchase, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of handling and restocking the returned item.
Hygiene and our customers' safety is very important so please ensure all returns are not used and in their original condition.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item/s?
No worries.... In the unlikely event you've received not what you've ordered, there's no need to panic, just get in touch, and we will make it right. Should there be an issue with your order even though we got it right, no sweat, we will fix that up too. Simply get in touch at cs@brilliantco.com.au and provide them with your order number and photos of the item you received. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the situation and ensuring that you receive the correct item or find a suitable solution. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to rectifying any issues as quickly as possible.
How do I submit a Return/Exchange request?
In order to process a Return/Exchange, you may send your query to cs@brilliantco.com.au with your Order number in the subject for reference.
When sending a request for from within the account or contacting us to initiate a return, we will follow up and send you the instructions to return your items within 24hrs.
Once we have received the items from you, we will then process the returns/exchanges within 3 Business days. All refunds will be issued back the same way the payment was made either by Credit Card or PayPal.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To care for your jewellery and keep it in good condition, here are some general guidelines to follow:
Avoid Perfume: It's recommended to avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewellery. Perfumes often contain chemicals that can react with the metal, causing discoloration or damage. It's best to apply perfume before wearing your jewellery.
Remove Before Showering: It's advisable to remove all jewellery before stepping into the shower or taking a bath. The exposure to water, soap, and shampoo can accelerate the tarnishing process or damage certain gemstones.
Don't Swim with Jewellery: It's important to remove your jewellery before swimming, as chlorine and saltwater can be harsh and corrosive, potentially causing damage or discoloration.
Proper Storage: Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in a box or a velvet pouch. This helps protect it from dust, moisture, and scratches. Keeping each piece separate or in individual plastic bags can further prevent scratching during storage and transit.
Be Cautious with Lotions and Creams: Lotions, creams, and other skincare products may contain acidic ingredients that can react with the metal parts of your jewellery. It's advisable to apply these products and allow them to dry before wearing your jewellery to minimize the risk of damage.
Remove Before Bedtime: It's recommended to take off your jewellery before going to bed. This prevents accidental damage, such as getting tangled in sheets or subjected to excessive pressure.
