To become a Ruby Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of AUD 600/ 600 Gems within the course of one (1) calendar year of signing up for Brilliant Insider Tribe. Your status is valid for one (1) full calendar year.



To become a Diamond Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of AUD 1,000/ 1,000 Gems within the course of one (1) calendar year of getting qualified for Diamond Member Status. Your status is valid for one (1) full calendar year.

Your Gems will be credited into your account within approximately 1 - 7 working days upon successfully completing an order/ qualifying activity.

Redeeming your Gems will not affect your Brilliant Insider Tribe tier progress or qualification. You will continue enjoying your tier benefits as long as you meet the yearly minimum total spend required for the tier.

No. We will not be able to extend or reinstate any expired Gems. Therefore, we’d highly recommend you to redeem your Gems before it’s too late!

That’s easy! Once you’ve received the birthday email, just key in the special birthday code and apply it at check out, whilst making an online purchase on our website. The bonus Gems will be credited into your account within approximately seven (7) working days.

The special birthday code MUST be utilised during the stated period within the birthday email. In the event that the member did not key in the code whilst making an online purchase and/ or forgot to use the special birthday offer during the stated period, no bonus birthday Gems will be credited into their account. The company reserves the right to forgo any requests to extend the validity of the birthday promo and no disputes will be entertained.

To redeem your Gems, simply login to your online account, navigate to the rewards tab, select and add the desired reward to cart and proceed to checkout.

Should your account remain active with at least one successful online transaction within the one (1) calendar year, your Brilliant Insider Tribe tier will be extended for another twelve (12) months. In the event you do not meet the minimum requirement, your membership will be will be downgraded to the next best category.

All redeemed products/ vouchers/ discounts are NOT exchangeable or returnable. However, in the event that the product(s) are faulty upon receiving them, members are allowed to contact us and arrange to return the product(s) within five (5) DAYS from the receiving date. The company will replace the prize with something that is of equal value. The product selection will be based on the company’s sole discretion and not done by the member. Any attempt to return the products after the stated duration will not be tolerated and disputes will not be entertained.

Any products/ vouchers/ discounts/ offers redeemed are final and irreversible. The company will NOT be held accountable should the member(s) wrongly redeemed the vouchers/ discounts/ offers.
