All jewellery sold on Brilliant Co comes in their own Brand packaging either in a soft velvet pouch, eco friendly aluminium tin jar or cardboard boxes.

Free Gift jewellery comes in a plastic bag to protect it during transit. It does not include any additional packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not sell packaging separately.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you have up to 100 days to return it to us for a refund or store credit.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.
BEDDING AND FOOTWEAR
Please keep in mind that we have a different return policy for bedding and footwear items. We are happy to accept change of mind returns if requests are made within 30 days of it being delivered to you. After this period we won't accept returns for unwanted items so please get in touch with us as soon as you can! Hygiene and our customers' safety is very important so please ensure all returns are not used and in their original condition.
