1. Has my order been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch notification email containing the tracking number and a link to track your parcel when your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible once your order has been shipped. You may opt to use our friendly return process if you have purchased the wrong item.
3. I did not receive my order.
Please track your order online; Auspost sometimes leave parcels in a safe place or is delivered to your nearest post office awaiting collection. If you need further assistance, please contact us with your order number.
4. I did not receive one of my items.
Please contact one of our friendly customer service team together with your order number.
5. Does my order come in a nice packaging?
All jewellery sold on Brilliant Co comes in their own Brand packaging either in a soft velvet pouch, eco friendly aluminium tin jar or cardboard boxes.
6. My order is faulty. What do I do?
Contact us providing your order number and a visual image or video of the issue you have encountered.

4. Does the free gift come in a nice packaging?
Free Gift jewellery comes in a plastic bag to protect it during transit. It does not include any additional packaging.
5. Is there an option to add packaging for my free gift?
Unfortunately, we do not sell packaging separately.
6. Can I choose/exchange the free gift?
Free gift comes in many colours, randomly selected and are not exchangeable.
7. Can my free gift be shipped to a different address?
Free gift are automatically combined into your order and cannot be shipped separately.
8. I forgot to key in my free gift code. What do I do?
We recommend you make a new purchase to use the promo code.
9. Can I apply more than 1 code to my order
Only 1 code can be used per order.
10. How will my free gift be shipped if I ordered both Brilliant Co product and a Marketplace product?
For any orders that have a Brilliant Co product, the free gift will be shipped together.
The free gift for a Marketplace order is dispatched independently/separately.

We normally ship within 2 working days with exceptions during peak periods when it’s possibly 1-2 days delayed.

Most orders are dispatched from NSW.
Express Post :
- Most items are arriving within 1 business day . Some items may take 2 business days to arrive.
Parcel Post :
- Most items are arriving within 2 business days . Some items may take 4 business days to arrive.
Express Post :
- Most items are arriving within 2 business days . Some items may take 3 business days to arrive.
Parcel Post :
- Most items are arriving within 4 business days. Some items may take 7 business days to arrive.
Deliveries due today and tomorrow may be delayed by 1-2 days due to weather conditions impacting air services. This affects Express Post and Premium Post deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Far North Queensland.

International deliveries take up to 3 to 20 business days depending on location.
3. What are your shipping options?
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping within Australia and $18.95 for anywhere in the world (with an additional charge if more than 250g).
**Excludes bulky items i.e UGG Boots & Bedding
We also offer Express Shipping with Next Business Day delivery, within the Express Post Network at only $9.50.
**For jewellery ONLY; extra charges may be added if more than 250g.
4. Is there any free shipping?
We offer free shipping to purchases above $99 within Australia.
5. I ordered both Brilliant Co product and a Marketplace product. Will these be dispatched together?
Brilliant Co orders usually dispatch within 2 business days.
Marketplace orders are dispatched independently/separately and can take 2-5 business days. You will receive a separate dispatch notification email containing the tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Returns & Exchange
1. What is the company’s return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you have up to 100 days to return it to us for a refund or store credit.
All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Please note the conditions for returns:
*Item(s) needs to be returned within 100 days of purchase;
*Item(s) must be unworn and unused
*Item(s) must be in the original packaging, unopened
*Item(s) returned without an authorization will not be accepted
*Item(s) returned must have a tracking number. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed
2. How do I return my order?

- We recommend removing your jewellery before stepping in to the shower.
- Lotions & creams may contain acidic ingredients that react with your pieces.
- Store your jewellery pieces in a cool, dry place in a box or pouch.
- Avoid swimming with your pieces as chlorine & sea water will react with the metals.
- Remove your pieces before going to bed to avoid any accidents that may cause damage to the pieces.
- Fine fashion jewellery is often packaged in separate plastic bags to protect them from scratching during transit.
